Bike is broken! Omg, I use my bike to go to work every day. Everyone is busy and it is almost impossible for my bike to be repaired in time. Luckily I have Google and I was in Alphen aan den Rijn. I immediately started looking for a good bicycle repair shop and I read nice reviews from Serkan about top customer service, a nice cup of coffee and quick repairs. Sorry, but I have to conclude that the story was true. And yes! When I was there a young employee with a friendly voice came. "What can I do for you? Would you like something to drink? Come and sit down." I get all the attention and he listens carefully to me during the conversation. In these times when everyone is running, it is nice that they take some time to provide good service. Professional, friendly and fast service. Thanks for the good service!!

Bought 2 beautiful Kalkhoff bicycles today. Good price/quality and excellent service. Took a test drive and immediately charged in the horse trailer. It was quite a drive but definitely worth it. Well organized Ekmat!
